We have been to this restaurant 3 times during our stay in Cascais. The food is fresh and tasty, the fishes were absolutely amazing. The owner and the staff are very friendly and kind. 100% reccomended!

This is a must see restaurant in Cascais! We had a wonderful lunch with the grilled octopus and the pork main course - both of them delicious. The wine from the house is great and we were offered complimentary digestives at the end of our lunch. The service was great and it was super cute that they offered to take an instant photo of us which was later given to us as a compliment.

A very special little restaurant. My wife and I went on a Friday night without a reservation, but we opted to wait and were able to get a table rather quickly, which was lucky since the place was full. From the start, it was a good experience. The waiter was friendly and, in addition to his native Portuguese, was able to speak both Spanish and English with us (my wife's a native Spanish speaker, I'm a native English speaker). We got started with some delicious, well-seasoned vegetable soup, and drank some wine. We knew that in Cascais, the best bet would be fish, so we both ordered Dorado, one of the daily specials. It came in an unpretentious presentation, but it was extremely fresh and flavorful. There were a lot of little nice touches that made this place so much better than just any run-of-the-mill fish place you might find here. After the meal, the owner offered us some dessert wines from Portugal to taste at no additional cost (she just left the bottles on the table - we could've gone crazy, but we're not big drinkers). Then, when they presented the check, they included a great little polaroid the owner had snapped of us when we first got our drinks. The food was enough to warrant a 5-star review, but these little touches really make it extra worth seeking out. It's not located on one of the principal stretches of restaurants in Cascais, but it's easily worth the little bit of extra walking. It's also worth mentioning that the prices are more than fair. Everything we got felt like a good value. Highly recommended!

We passed by this little family run restaurant during the day and made a reservation for the evening. It was a great decision. I would always recommend that place in Cascais. It’s a bit away from the main tourist area, but still in old town. The food was delicious. At the end you get a small picture for your memories, a digestive and the bill ? (which shows fair prices)

I believe a simple review cannot even touch my experience in this amazing place. Foods are cooked with passion seasonings and serve with pure love. They know what exactly do. They offered an amazing wine and chocolate after food for free and gave me unforgettable printed photo of me.

This restaurant is a hidden little gem for which my vocabulary is insufficient to express gratitude for discovering. The host was warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. Grilled fish of the day was delicious! Very fresh and preserving the delicate flavor. We tried tuna paste for starters, with bread which exuded home-made flavours. Sangria was amazing in itself. And the place atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, with lots of delicate and carefully chosen, yet homely decorations on the walls. A very enjoyable and palatable visit. Looking forward to trying again.

Great spot! We walked in at about 7p and they initially said they were all reserved, but were able to make a spot for us outside. Very friendly staff. We had the fish sticks for the kid, curry shrimp for the husband and I had the Dorado fish special. All delicious! As noted in other reviews the small touches are what make this place special, a Polaroid photo, and a free aperitif and chocolate with the check. The food is good the service and way they make you feel, fabulous!
