★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an apartment here for a week in 2019.we had amazing 2 weeks in Portugal. We went out to eat a few days and cooked some days. The hotel is in an amazing spot, staff were very friendly, there are several nice local restaurants. The beach isn't incredibly close but you can walk without issues. Great value for money certainly. Would recommend especially for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely friendly staff at the oura praia,i love our apartment,its at front with very very large balcony,noise from road ok as there is not much traffic,bedroom is huge,hotel itself is lovely and hangover bar is part of the complex,we are very happy staying here,and would return again,albufeira is empty at the moment and lots of places are closed,the strip only has a few places open,terrible for owners x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed three times, twice in 2019 and 10 days in October 2021, on 1st trip someone broke into Apartment and robbed my wife's phone and jewellery bag, got no help from staff when we contacted them.
On our most recent trip we put her money and passport in safe and went out for dinner on 1st night there, when we returned safe had front panel ripped off and her holiday money stolen, once again contact Reception but received no help, they did not even call up to room to review and safe remained damaged until we checked out, we were told by Reception to go to Federal police station and report, which we did but they were less helpful and not interested, will never stay in that resort or one of their hotel apartments again, absolutely brutal experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well on first impressions it was a bit downtrodden but reception area was lovely.then came the apartment ?I booked a deluxe apartment as we hadn't been away for 2yrs missing out honeymoon so this was a 2nd anniversary holiday.great big apartment with 2 single beds ?have stayed in many apartments in albufeira though and just as big and nice.cracks in the walls and just looked a bit tatty.not considered deluxe by any means.however the guy on reception made our holiday as he was so pleasant and helpful (didn't catch his name though).think for the price and state of the apartment though I'd stay somewhere else

apartment was a little tired,
overall it is a great place to stay. It was very clean with maid service every other day. Maids were very good and friendly. Reception staff were also very good. We were staying for a month and requested a bigger tv. They brought us a brand new one. Wifi was not working in the apartment but when reported they sent a technician to fix it. We were very happy with our stay and would certainly stay there again. The area is great with a supermarket next door and lots of of bars and restaurants around and the local bus to go into the old town is nearby.
