Refinement and friendliness. Great confection and excellent service. The assistants explaining each dish and drink made dinner a very interesting study visit.
They were still kind enough to accompany us to the winery and the pink lounge, two "hidden" wonders of the hotel.

Unforgettable gastronomic experience. The atmosphere and service are impeccable. The chef uses Alentejo flavors while respecting them and extolling their qualities. Of note is the use of acorn.
