★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a beer on the top floor after a walk on the beach. The waiter sat me and walked away to chat. After a more than reasonable while I ordered at the counter and complained. The waiter towered over me protesting loudly as I quietly left. Very intimidading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to get a table outside without booking. Sardines amazing. Beer and water. Watching the beach folk. Sad that there are so few of them. Great service. 54 euros for 3, including great desserts. Recommended.

We ordered the pepper beef and the beef a portuguesa, the sauce on the first order had a taste of canned sauce and the meat was ok..
A good option after spending the day walking and hanging at the beach :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful restaurant at the beach with a great view. We had two different fish stews, which were both delicious. As a dessert a mango mousse which was great as well. Quick and professional service, even though the place was busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, tasty traditional Algarve Hake, really nice, peppers and coriander. Very happy. The waiter who sever us, the one who cut our fish was very nice and kind. Accommodated us in good English. Big thanks for the kindness to him, the chefs and the rest of the staff. Only items I’d recommend is to have the table prepared and set before we sit, real candles and complementary water (don’t mind it added to the bill i.e. 0.20 euros price increase on each dish)s

We had a lovely meal. The food is really excellent and not expensive. Great professional fun and friendly service, fast too. Great setting, traditional Portuguese food and decor, really nicely done. Thank you
