Fiquei com 10€ em cartao cliente resultante das compras efetuadas, cujo valor expirava passado 1 mes.
Como na loja Boticario onde habitualmente faço compras lembram com antecedência antes de expirar o valor, assim ficou acordado nesta loja também....fiquei descansada!
Lembrei-me entretanto dessa valor recentemente, e liguei para a loja do Parque Nascente para saber a data em que expiracava tal valor, e informaram-me que tinha expirado no passado dia 22 de Novembro!!! Informo que não recebi qualquer sms de aviso no dia 16/11- conforme me disseram!
Continuarei a fazer compras no Boticário do Alameda, claro, são extremamente profissionais. No Boticário do Parque Nascente, foi a 1a e ultima vez que visitei essa loja, a falta de profissionalismo é escandalosa!
I bought it for the first time in this store in October, I usually visit the Alameda store.
I got 10 € in a customer card resulting from the purchases made, the value of which expired after 1 month.
As in the Boticario store, where I usually shop, remember in advance before the price expires, so it was agreed at this store too ... I was rested!
I remembered that value recently, however, and called the Parque Nascente store to find out the date when that value expired, and they informed me that it had expired on the 22nd of November !!! I inform you that I did not receive any warning sms on 16/11 - as I was told!
I will continue to shop at Boticário do Alameda, of course, they are extremely professional. At Boticário do Parque Nascente, it was the 1st and last time I visited this store, the lack of professionalism is scandalous!
