Tinha acordado verbalmente a compra de uma mota com o Sr. Paulo Faro que teve a amabilidade de me ir buscar à estação de comboio de Nelas.
O profissionalismo, cuidado e atenção para com o cliente foram excelentes, senti-me bem acolhido e confortável no espaço da Ondavis!
O motociclo estava exatamente nas condições que haviam sido descritas/acordadas verbalmente!
Na viagem de regresso tudo correu bem, pelo que estou muito satisfeito com todo o processo!
Notem que resido na zona de Sesimbra, a cerca de 350Km de Viseu e espero sinceramente aí regressar quando decidir comprar uma nova mota! 5*****
After previous telephone contact, I visited Ondavis in Viseu, for the 1st time, on Saturday 9th October 2021!
I had verbally agreed to buy a motorbike with Mr. Paulo Faro who was kind enough to pick me up at Nelas train station.
The professionalism, care and attention to the customer were excellent, I felt welcomed and comfortable in the Ondavis space!
The motorcycle was in exactly the condition that had been described/agreed verbally!
On the return trip everything went well, so I'm very satisfied with the whole process!
Note that I live in the area of Sesimbra, about 350Km from Viseu and I sincerely hope to return there when I decide to buy a new motorcycle! 5*****
