Located near the beach and the main strip this is perfect for your party overnight stay. Tje pool area is perfect for meeting people to party with or just to relax. There is however no wifi in the rooms and at night it can occasionally be loud. Would visit again woth friends

I gave this place a star for the girl at reception who has to stand there and take complaints I dropped my brother off to check in she said she would take us to the apartment ? She directed us down narrow steps into a dark building this was 4 PM up a flight of stairs to the door apartment which looked like the lock had been chisled out next door had been booted in went in to be greeted by a dark outdated room smelly we went back to reception to complain the girl gave us another 2 rooms to choose I was lucky I had somewhere else to stay I had to leave my brother there I got a phone call from him that night to say someone was trying to kick his door in he couldn't get any where else to stay so he left every morning in a taxi to use our facilities like pool, shower use kettle etc and return late at night to secure his belongings In the apartment He met cleaning staff and asked when would room Be cleaned she replied only at week end He had arrived on a Monday so no towels clean sheets tiolet roll etc what you would normally expect reception was usually busy with people asking to be put somewhere else And in tears This is the worst place I have ever seen it should not be on any site It reeks of sewerage smells very dangerous to stay in would need security to protect yourself I can't comment on pool as it was a race to get safely back to the room And get the earphones on to drown out the loud music at all hours of the night And to get out of there at first light Cost a fortune in taxis up and back every day to escape my brother paid nearly 700euro For here for a week It was a holiday from hell for him Please do not even consider staying here Hopefully More people complain and get This place removed From all booking sites

Pathetic hotel - Expect Theft!!! To be avoided if you care for your belongings. We had a bad experience of theft in our room. The cash and branded expensive goggles were stolen. We had gone for dinner in the evening for 2 hours. Some one entered the room with the keys, stole and locked the room as before. There was no receptionist when we entered the hotel that evening. The receptionist was not even amused when we complained of theft the next day. They did not even care to follow up with the police even though they called the police once. We had to personally go to the police, wait for 3 hours and lodge a complaint. The Manager was also not cooperative and insisted on keeping all the valuables in the 20X20 CM2 Locker without a lock (you need to rent the lock for 3€ per day which they inform so fast during check in that it does not even register in your mind) !!! The worst part is that the hotel does not even have a CCTV cameras installed. Coming back to the hotel, the only advantage is its proximity to the beach. The hotel furniture are outdated. Lift did not work when a human enters it. Empty lifts going up and down are not so good to watch.The room was a shocker when compared to the photos available online. There was a mushy smell in the room. Bed Linens and Bathroom towels were stained and smelly.

Giving 3 stars as the Room was big and spacious with a great balcony however very retro. Aircon costs 4 euro extra per night. Charge 60cents to call you a taxi. Bar is quite expensive drinks. When running the bath a yellowy substance came out but soon turned clear. Apart from that rest of room stayed clean. Ideal for a lads/girls holiday where you don't really care about luxury and noise as it is 5 mins walk from strip n about 2 mins from beach.

The staff where friendly the accommodation was in rm 113 was poor. The general maintenance was of an extremely low quality which included the cleanliness. Used. I did report a leaking toilet plus a dangerous light switch but didn't mention blood splatter on the bathroom tiled walls. Fececis around toilet Base and used old condoms on the balcony. It was smelly and dirty the sheets were grey and had old blood stains and when we finally got room service (yes we stayed because I cleaned it all with disinfectant couldn't afford another hotel) the old bedding was put back on the bed including all the beach sand we brought back on our feet. This hotel desperately needs investment and a new manager.

Basic hotel. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. 24hr reception. Clean pool. Not too far from beach and bars. It is situated on a steep hill. Tough on the legs for kids and elderly. Lift was temperamental in hotel..had to use the stairs...no big deal though.

It's really not as bad as the reviews suggest. Granted it isn't a Thomas Cook hotel with over friendly staff etc. But the staff are by no means rude and are helpful. The hotel is clean but dated. I was rather shocked on arrival to find a nice place to stay after reading the reviews. The location is perfect as well close to the beach, main strip and train ride to the old town.

It was the worst experience of my life. After a long travel from Brussels, we were expecting to reach the hotel and relax, but they changed my apartment which was in the city center without informing me and reserved rooms in another apartment which was almost 2 KM from the city center, and I was told that I got an upgrade. Once we reach the hotel the lift was not working and it was not working till 3rd day morning. The Wifi in the hotel was pathetic, I had to stick to one of the bedroom walls to get a wifi range. Even being a beach resort, they have a strange policy of changing towels once in 3 days, They didn't provide the hair dryer even though it was mentioned while booking that it will be provided. The shower was tied with a thin iron wire hence not able to hold it properly. No soap or dishwasher provided in the kitchen. The blankets had holes due to cigarette burns. Overall it was a very tiring and unhygienic experience. Also, the price is too high for such a stay.
