★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just watched the kitchen staff drop a piece of bread on the floor (which was not that clean) and then add it back to the production line. I am mostly surprised that they did it while people were watching (they have a window where people can look into the kitchen).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Brie Sandwich and a orange juice. The sandwich looked ok but when I have it the bread was soggy and not really tasty. Not a great experience. Personnel was ok not specially friendly but efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking. Just bought an Atlantique and a Mozarella sandwich. The Mozzarella is only present on the sandwich that you can see from the outside. The rest of the sandwich has nothing in it except for Lettuce. For the premium prices they are charging it is very poor and not what I expect from Paul's.
