Fiz perguntas básicas sobre taxas de câmbio e cotação do dia, e o funcionário não quis passar informações por telefone. Parecia estar com pressa e não demonstrou o menor interesse em "cativar" o cliente. My service was over the phone and it was a bad experience. I asked basic questions about exchange rates and the day's quote, and the clerk declined to give information over the phone. He seemed to be in a hurry and showed no interest in "captivating" the customer.

Portugal has quite a confusing system where your refund can be split among several companies such as Global Blue, Planet Free etc. At the airport they do not operate between 23:30 and 5:00 am / 6:00 am making it quite tough to get your tax refund.

Male staff not only patronising but weirdly unprofessional, with repeated complaints of being uncompensated “not 1 cent” by Innovatax. This was despite a hefty admin fee of €3 for a €15 refund. Disgraceful way to leave Lisbon Airport.
