★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindo monumento histórico, a princípio parece uma construção comum, mas se pensar que por ali já se passaram mais de 1000 anos de história é fantástico. Impressionante a energia emanada dessas construções. Toda Évora é circundada por essas muralhas.
Beautiful historic monument, at first it looks like a common construction, but if you think that there have been more than 1000 years of history there is fantastic. The energy emanating from these buildings is impressive. All Évora is surrounded by these walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Point d'entrée dans le centre historique d'Évora, ce magnifique passage donne déjà toute l'ambiance de la ville. Une large enceinte qui protège les rues et ruelles intérieures, avec les maisons aux façades blanches et jaune. Une coupure nette s'opère avec les alentours et c'est une visite hors le temps qui s'annonce. Il est très agréable de se laisser aller au gré des chemins et de découvrir les magnifiques sites et places de la ville.
Entry point into the historic center of Évora, this magnificent passage already gives all the atmosphere of the city. A large enclosure which protects the streets and inner alleys, with the houses with white and yellow facades. A clear cut takes place with the surroundings and it is a visit beyond time that is announced. It is very pleasant to let go along the paths and discover the magnificent sites and squares of the city.
