★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duas pessoas presentes: uma senhora mais velha, sem nenhum interesse em ajudar, um rapaz mais novo a tentar colmatar a falta de vontade da colega. Infelizmente dirigimo-nos a primeira.
A senhora merece 0 estrelas, e a reforma. O rapaz merecia a oportunidade de trabalhar num posto de turismo que o merecesse.
Os turistas mereciam melhor, e Evora tambem.
 Two people were present: an older lady, with no interest in helping, a younger boy trying to make up for his colleague's lack of will. Unfortunately, we headed for the first.
You deserve 0 stars, and the renovation. The boy deserved the opportunity to work in a tourist office that deserved it.
The tourists deserved better, and so did Evora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older woman working here on Sunday was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed to hate working there. This was the very first place we visited in Évora and was a terrible first impression.

Depending on the day you may encounter a very helpful and friendly person who will give all the information you need or someone who just hands over a brochure and seems to be glad when you leave.
Although there are many tourists the staff hardly speak anything but Portuguese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not particularly helpful. They were kind of not super kind to us, but it was fine. They really only had suggestions of the already famous and popular things in Evora, of which we already saw most of from our own basic research. If you've no idea what to do in the city, it's worth stopping in.

Don’t understand why these people who work here get a salary. They could only have brochures at the door and it would be exactly the same.
