Good food, nice music, fair prices. Mixing Lisboa and Coimbra fado. 7,50€ per person for the artists.

Extremely slow and disorganised service. Understaffed and they're not too sure how to prioritise their work load. Needs an experienced manager to come in and supervise. Waited 10 minutes to even get a glass of wine. Possibly the worst service I've had in the whole of Portugal. So. many faults: - No welcome whatsoever for guests - guests not being shown to table - sat at table for 10 minutes not even an acknowledgement of my presence - after waiting 10 minutes patiently decided to go to bar service area myself and ask for a drink - was told that this would be done immediately, after 10 minutes I still had no drink. Went back to bar and asked where my drink was. The waiter who had responded initially that he would deliver my drink was doing the washing up and gave me the impression that he had no memory of our conversation 10 minutes previously !! He gave me no apology and I had to demand again for my drink. Which I finally got. - nobody gave me a menu - had to go behind the bar and get one myself. - many items on the menu not available. - no service to table for bill payment or request. All clients had to go to bar. - waiters/waitresses needs to speed up how they work x 2 - staff had no conscience of any guests waiting outside for long time for service. - this whole experience is a wonderful demonstration of how not to run a bar/cafe/service etc. - Somebody needs to sort it out fast. This place is actually owned or run or financed by four managers and you're all too stupid or greedy for profits to employ a third member of staff during a busy period in which case you should all be sacked by the actual owner for incompetence and unacceptable management practice. Pretty disgraceful as this antagonises the clients but good for your pockets. I requested the waitress she give me the name or names of at least one of the managers and she refused!! Oh my gosh, what's that about ??

Really charming evening of fado music in casual environment with friendly staff

Lovely place, awesome waitress The young lady working there is super nice. She served me and my boyfriend in a very professional way. After asking about the playlist she is playing in the restaurant she offered yo even write me down some names of the singers. Dear boss, I hope you give her a raise! ?

Had a rosé there that was to die for. I hate the chairs though on the inside. They are stools. Understandably not much room so stools are necessary. Decorating of the bar is quaint. The bolas de bacalao delicious. Worth the atmosphere.

Very disappointing experience. It took more than 20 minutes to take our order (after serving tables that arrived after us) and more than an hour after our arrival to serve us two sandwiches (again, after tables that arrived after us). No drinks menu was given to us, and we waited a very long time for the drinks we did order. We went inside to pay our bill as there was no sign of anyone coming to check on us. The disinterest made the apology for the waiting time seem hollow. Sangria was overpriced for the amount and the flavour. No music on the night we visited. I expected much better so unfortunately cannot recommend.

? Loved this place, was instantly drawn to the stunning decoration whilst exploring the area. Then discovered its musical connection and that it hosts Fado nights. Even though the terrace is so cute, I decided to sit inside and indulge in the music and take everything in. ?️ Hugo the waiter was very kind, he accommodated some of my food requests and explained to me some local products. This spot is perfect to have a snack or some light bites but not a formal sit-down meal. Definitely check it out! ?
