★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware: had prawns with friends. 2 persons ate only 2 prawns, and left the dish as it smelled bad, and both vomited 1h after. At least, owner did not make us pay for this deadly dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion the worst restaurant in Portugal. I had an omelette that was so salty I was able to eat only half of it. Well, I might have been lucky not to finish as about half an hour later I started having some stomach problems. As I didn't eat anything else on that day it must have been that food. The service is horrible, problems with communication in English, mixing up dishes etc. We ordered tea - instead we got "ice tea" in cans. To top it all we were overcharged for our meals. When we noticed that, they refused to reimburce. Never again, and I warn everybody - steer clear of this place. Kochani rodacy, trzymajcie się z daleka od tej mordowni: brud, bakterie, nieświeże jedzenie, brak komunikacji z personelem, a do tego oszukują.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cheap, Portugese cuisine (owned by Asians) touristic restaurant. They offer a daily menu with a drink, soup, main dish and an espresso for €8 in total, which is a good price. If you have no high expectations and want something cheap, this is the place. Service was also good, friendly and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located a few meters away from the São Tiago Church. We asked for the menu Bacalhau à Brás but it took them 30 minutes to have the dishes ready. The soup of the day was horrible, literally water with coliflower & cabbage. The staff was non responsive, we had to threaten to leave to get the dishes. Avoid the place, there are plenty of other restaurants nearby
