★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespolehlivé, udělali jsme si rezervaci na 9:45 a když jsme přišli tak tam nikdo nebyl.. volali jsme jim a paní nám řekla, že přijede nejdříve v 11:00. Museli jsme jet na letiště a tam si půjčit auto. ?
Unreliable, we made a reservation at 9:45 and when we arrived no one was there .. we called them and the lady told us she would arrive at 11:00 at the earliest. We had to go to the airport and rent a car there. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accueil déplorable, la personne qui nous a reçu semblait débordée et agacée.Agence fermée pendant les horaires d'ouverture le jour de la location du véhicule ainsi que 3 jours plus tard lors du retour,cela oblige le client à patienter jusqu'à 1h devant l'agence malgré appel téléphonique pour signaler notre présence,aucun mot d'excuse. Le code pour l'autoradio ne nous a pas été fourni, impossibilité de l'utiliser.
Pas de problème avec le véhicule.
Deplorable welcome, the person who received us seemed overwhelmed and annoyed. Agency closed during opening hours on the day of rental of the vehicle as well as 3 days later upon return, this obliges the customer to wait until 1 hour before the agency despite phone call to report our presence, no word of apology. The code for the car radio was not provided to us, unable to use it.
No problem with the vehicle.

Um familiar meu alugou uma viatura, onde os pneus traseiros estavam completamente "carecas" e inclusivamente um deles apresentava um desgaste surreal. Nem liquido para limpeza do para-brisas tinha. Para esquecer! Não aconselho a ninguém.
Lousy service and unjustifiable irresponsibility. A relative of mine rented a car, where the rear tires were completely "bald" and even one of them presented a surreal wear. Neither liquid for cleaning the windshield had. To forget! I do not advise anyone.
