★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, bloccati i soldi, nonostante più volte, era stato chiesto se era necessario pagare la franchigia della macchina.
Nella giornata di Sabato, sono stati bloccati 30 euro, e alla fine del noleggio, nella giornata di lunedì, sono stati prelevati in quanto la macchina era "sporca" di sabbia. Peccato che in fase di contratto non viene spiegata questa clausola contrattuale.
Sicuramente sarà la prima ed ultima volta che utilizzeremo questo servizio di autonoleggio. Pessimo e scadente. Lo sconsiglio vivamente! Saluti

On Saturday, 30 euros were blocked, and at the end of the rental, on Monday, they were picked up because the car was "dirty" with sand. Too bad that this contractual clause is not explained in the contract phase.
It will certainly be the first and last time that we use this car rental service. Bad and poor. I strongly advise against it! Regards
