The area is REALLY quiet and people are friendly if you talk to them. Really important to carry enough water and food. I also strongly advise to have have appropriate clothing.

P	Pedro Febra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for trekking. Try the "Great route of Côa Valley". Start and eat on Foios , follow the tiver to Quadrazais and sleep there on local accomodation. Beautiful landscapes. Ideal for Birdwatching. Find the hidden places near the Côa river.
