★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a authentic Portugese restaurant, the scent of grilled fish led me to this place. It was such a delicious and memorable experience that now, sixteen years later, I still remember it as one of the highlights of my holiday and just had to write a review. A very warm and welcoming family, where each family member has his own role, resulting in a delicious meal and unforgettable experience. Back then (2004) I couldn't make out any of the portugese menu, so I trusted them to just serve me whatever they thought I'd like. I just had to go back the next day to try something else on the menu. I still remember the patre familias serving me alcohol-free beer, as he'd seen me arrive on my motorcycle. Fish delivered straight from the fishing boats to the kitchen. Couldn't have picked a better place to start my trip through Portugal.
