★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is managed by a family. Very authentic food and run by locals. The food was great. The service was grest. The price is very fair and tbh cheap compared to other restaurants in the area. I might visit again during my visit.
I recommend trying number 11, code fish speical and the garlic shrimp. The fish fillet was a nice surprise. Very fresh tomato sauce with clams. The dorade fish could not stand in front of the codfish.
The espresso after the meal is a good idea.
The fest we had costed around 43€
The lady is very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was sooo kind, the food had a "comfort food" vibe to it, it was simple, yet delicious. We paid around 35€ for all of this, including a whole jug of sangria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot understand why people say that they are rude in this restaurant. I think the only problem is that the lady cannot speak English. She is very friendly and helpful. She also helped us not to order too much food. Whatever we tried was very very tasty and fresh. They have the best pastel de bacalau in Lisbon - I have tried it in so many places.
A Family run restaurant, highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brilliant restaurant, had a crume brulee for dine-in with an octopus salad and duck rice to go. Staff was very nice and recommended the duck. Food came quickly after the order. While it looked like they mostly serve dine-in customers, I'm pleased they accommodated as I really enjoyed both takeaway dishes. Hope to be back one day properly for a full dine-in meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I were there very early for dinner, 5.30pm. The restaurant just opened and the lady boss was just setting the tables up. Nevertheless, she welcomed us very warmly. The lady boss was very friendly although she can’t speak good English. Everything worked out well though. Bread and cheese was served without asking although (I know) it was charged.
We ordered 2 starters - octopus salad and vegetable soup, 2 mains - beef steak and cod fish special, and 1 dessert - crema catalana, one bottle of water and one glass porto wine. The bill came up to 38+€. I would highly recommend this place. Very local place with local food. The dessert was the best I ever had. I will definitely be back in the next few days.
