★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally adore this restaurant, but I'm giving it 4/5 because the food is quite heavy on the olive oil and garlic, which might not be to everyone's taste (it is to mine!). The piri piri prawns are an absolute must-order. The chef even half-peels them (leaving the heads and tails intact) so you don't need to get your fingers dirty. As for what else to order, I always ask him for recommendations, and I've never been let down by his suggestions. The portion sizes are huge, and one main is easily enough for two to share. Especially if you follow my tip about the prawns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average food, oily and not very tasty. Waiters have a way of making you order more than you need. "I would like a pate." "Ok, I will bring also some cheese and butter, you will love them.". 1. You will not love them. 2. They will not be on the house, even if they make it sound like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance is really not appealing but the other courtyard is nice and the food very good. We were both amazed by the quality of it. In addition to this you can see the owners are people that really enjoin what they are doing and are super kind. If you are in Lagoa this is probably the best place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great dinner at Lamin. We had their specialty the small sole plate with green rice, tomato salad, and the Ibérico pork. Everything was fresh and tasty. When in the area again, we certainly will come back. We recommend the place, it is a gem!
