Would be nice to enforce people respecting the rules of not walking on the dunes and not throwing trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a rainy day and were very surprised how interesting it was. The trail takes you through nice countryside and to some interesting traditional things like mills and pumps. There is lots of good information all in Portuguese and English. The place is clean and well looked after. If you are interested in bird watching it is fantastic. The man on reception was very helpful and friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful park that's home to a huge variety of wildlife and has some of the best sunsets I've ever seen.
Depending on the time of year the tide will usually be in during the morning, then out until the evening, so be careful not to get caught out walking in the marshes. Otherwise there are plenty of permanent paths so that you can walk around the little salt lakes and admire the wildlife.
Look out for flamingos and other types of birds if you visit!
