★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with some locals to the area. It started off with some cured meats and delocious bread and cheese.
As a starter we moved into fresh prawns, caught the previous evening in the south of Portugal. Simply booked in some salt, they were soft and melted in your mouth.
Lastly we had a large cut of meat off the bone (cannot remember the cut name), light seered. It was proper aged meat. You could taste the flavour of the fats, while the meat was lean. Exceptional quality meat I have not had since living on the Muddy Island. For the spicy lover, round it off with some traditional peri-peri sauce.

I ordered some fish (wich was nice) and some ribs but I barely found any meat on them.
Prices are quite high for the city and location. There is an extra 11€ added to the total for bread and a meat platter that is already on the table. Tasty but pricey.
Great selection of wines and very attentive staff.
