Fui fazer uma cirurgia de catarata. Moro a 50 minutos do local (Figueira da Foz) e meu marido foi comigo mas foi proibido de aguardar no espaço - deveria haver um espaço exclusivo aos acompanhantes. Eu considerei o espaço da clínica muito sujo, inclusive nas áreas de pré-operatório. A área do centro cirúrgico é mais limpa, mas aguarda-se por muito tempo e em local nada confortável. O staff é muito bom mas a clínica em si deixou muito a desejar.
I went to have cataract surgery. I live 50 minutes from the place (Figueira da Foz) and my husband went with me but he was prohibited from waiting in the space - there should be a space exclusive to companions. I considered the clinic space very dirty, including the preoperative areas. The operating room area is cleaner, but you have to wait for a long time and in a less than comfortable place. The staff are very good but the clinic itself left a lot to be desired.

Atendimento de excelência! Profissionais muito competentes ...senti-me muito bem! Agradeço a todos , principalmente ao Sr. Dr. João Almeida,pela sua determinação em levar a cabo uma cirurgia (colecistectomia) ,que já tinha sido recusada noutras clínicas ,,devido ao facto de haver,falta de informação na qualidade exigida e respeito pela integridade do paciente.. Agradeço a toda a equipa ,pelo bem estar que hoje tenho,tanto a nível físico como psicológico!! Muito obrigada ??

I thank everyone, especially Mr. Dr. João Almeida, for his determination to carry out a surgery (cholecystectomy), which had already been refused in other clinics, due to the lack of information in the required quality and respect for the patient's integrity. , for the well being that I have today, both physically and psychologically!! Tinha consulta marcada e estive cerca de 30 minutos à espera só para dar entrada. A consulta estava marcada para as 15.30 e às 16.30 eu ainda estava à espera para uma consulta à qual cheguei com 20 minutos de antecedência!! Considerando que é um hospital privado e uma consulta pré-agendada, acho ridículo o atendimento. Um profundo desrespeito deixar clientes à espera 1.30h para uma consulta agendada!!! Ainda, ouvi tudo o que os utentes estavam a dialogar com os médicos nos gabinetes o que é uma clara falha no tratamento dos dados dos clientes. Não recomendo de todo!
I had an appointment scheduled and I was on hold for about 30 minutes just to get in. The appointment was scheduled for 15.30 and at 16.30 I was still waiting for an appointment which I arrived 20 minutes early!! Considering that it is a private hospital and a pre-booked appointment, I find the service ridiculous. A deep disrespect to leave clients waiting 1.30h for an appointment!!! Still, I heard everything that the users were talking with the doctors in the offices, which is a clear failure in the treatment of customer data. I don't recommend it at all!

Uma simples ecografia na Sanfil, primeira vez. Odiei o espaço, a cadência mecânica do serviço, a desumanização e o tratamento condescendente e sofrível por parte do médico Correia Xavier. Péssimo em tudo. Enviei reclamação por e-mail, obteve resposta proforma, se bem que se comprometem a «sensibilizar o clínico na abordagem ao cliente», porque o meu maior problema foi mesmo na interacção com o médico. Não voltarei e irei partilhar a situação com amigos e familiares como advertência.
A simple ultrasound at Sanfil, first time. I hated the space, the mechanical cadence of the service, the dehumanization and the condescending and sufferable treatment by the doctor Correia Xavier. Bad at everything. I sent a complaint by e-mail, received a proforma response, although they are committed to «raising awareness of the clinician in the approach to the client», because my biggest problem was in the interaction with the doctor. I will not be returning and will share the situation with friends and family as a warning.

Por ser um hospital privado (caro) deveria ter outro tipo de acolhimento, o atendimento e o essencial tratamento de enfermagem. Foi onde tive de ser operada, o que se paga de diária, e os serviços deveriam ter o cuidado de cuidar e deixar no mínimo o básico cuidado com cada utente. . Trabalhei na CUf e Hospital de Santarém e sei o que é cuidar e receber e tratar, assim como os seus procedimentos. Tirando à parte toda a equipe de bloco operatório que me recebeu e a minha eterna gratidão a todos como ao meu médico, mesmo que precisasse seria sempre a minha última alternativa. Ganha mais 1 ponto pela paisagem e perde pelo estacionamento que para quem não conhece esta mal identificado.
As it is a (expensive) private hospital, it should have another type of reception, care and essential nursing treatment. It was where I had to be operated on, which is paid daily, and the services should be careful to take care and leave at least the basic care with each user. . I worked at CUf and Hospital de Santarém and I know what it is to care for and receive and treat, as well as its procedures. Apart from all the operating room team that received me and my eternal gratitude to everyone as to my doctor, even if I needed it, it would always be my last alternative. It gains 1 more point for the landscape and loses for the parking that for those who don't know it is poorly identified.

Fantastic service in the emergency section at SANFIL! My wife had a fall on the steeps stairs coming down from the Coimbra Cathedral and injured her elbow. We first went to a farmacia who told us to go to SANFIL. Within minutes of arriving, a young doctor cleaned the wound on my wife's elbow and applied a bandaged. She was very professional and caring for my wife. And the charge was only €10!

I waited 90 minutes today to see the consultant for a prostate examination. The consultant gave no greeting, nor a quick, cursory introduction/explanation regardinging the procedure. His treatment was so rough and painful that I screamed twice. He appeared unconcerned about the pain levels; acting without empathy or compassion. I was left with a bleeding hemorrhoid and in pain. When I spoke with him he laughed. I feel as though he regarded me as nothing more than a piece of meat.

Nursing care brilliant, staff exceptionally kind and caring but ........ no privacy curtains round the beds meant for embarrassing bed pan/washing routines, food diabolical (soggy beans, potatoes, carrots and chopped hard boiled egg was offered for vegetarian dinner), overhead bed lights either didn't work or pull cord unreachable if bedridden (the same with plug socket). 4 bedded room/2 tvs (on different stations/ 1 remote control in the grip of someone asleep with it was not funny. In this age personal tv/internet/plug socket by each bed is not an unreasonable requirement. Outpatient clinic visits involved climbing steps as ramp closed off, orthopaedic consult on 5th floor via stairs and then a lift. The person in a wheelchair in front of me had to hobble up the steps while his wife carried the wheelchair up to the lift as the stair lift was at the top and no way to call it down. no sign of any staff to assist. communication via sms hopeless. Maybe let the patient know which building (out of 4) their clinic is in. I could go on ....... :-(
