★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Era" cliente da parte de homem e fiz mais de uma dezena de cortes, sempre iguais e sempre cobrado da mesma forma.
Corte: Pente 2 em cima, pente 1 de lado, rapar pêlos do pescoço.
Valor: 10.75€
Hoje, exatamente o mesmo corte.
Valor: 20€
O que muda? Nada, nem sequer a pessoa que faz o corte.
Mas foi cobrado: 14€ corte + 6€ "barba" (e não foi feita barba).
Pelo que subentendo devem precisar de comissões, ou virou a regra do vale tudo.
Assim sendo, até ganharam na comissão, se bem que foi a última porque perderam um cliente.

Today, exactly the same cut.
Value: €20
What changes? Nothing, not even the person making the cut.
But it was charged: 14€ shaving + 6€ "shave" (and no shave).
From what I understand, they must need commissions, or it has become the MMA rule.
Therefore, they even gained in commission, although it was the last because they lost a client.

Pede se coisas simples e complicam, quer dizer, apenas aos clientes que nao lhes cheiram ... 27 euros por um corte de 2 dedos , e uma franja mal cortada e ainda se recusaram a fazer uma nota de credito e colocar um contribuinte, parece simples nao é? Pois para esra empresa é muito complicado
They do nothing to please customers. Ask if things are simple and complicated, I mean, only customers who don't smell like them... 27 euros for a 2 finger cut, and a poorly cut bangs and they still refused to make a credit note and place a taxpayer, it seems simple isn't it? For this company it is very complicated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente. A parte de homens é menor, mas compreende-se. Fiquei satisfeito por terem voltado a aceitar reservas. Recomendo, mas estou ciente de que os cabeleireiros de homem não são sempre fixos, e alguns ligam pouco às horas marcadas. Nunca mais esperarei 30 minutos além da hora marcada. É uma desconsideração absolutamente inaceitável. Deviam avaliar o grau de profissionalismo ou terem senhoras a cortar. Talvez tenham mais sensibilidade às horas e ao que é pedido. Muito insatisfeito com o último corte e com a meia hora de espera para além da hora marcada.
I'm a customer. The share of men is smaller, but understandable. I'm glad they've taken reservations again. I recommend it, but I'm aware that men's hairdressers are not always fixed, and some pay little attention to appointments. I will never wait 30 minutes beyond the appointed time. It is an absolutely unacceptable disregard. They should assess the degree of professionalism or have ladies cut. Perhaps they are more sensitive to the time and what is asked. Very dissatisfied with the last cut and with the half hour of waiting beyond the scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't my first time going there and the service is usually pretty nice for the prices, but this time I came out with my hair smelling funky, and the person who washed my hair bullied me into adding creams without telling me the prices (although I knew that whatever they added extra would always be more so that one is on me), but the person who cut my hair asked me if I wanted to dry it, which made me go like "???? Obviously?" This is a hairdresser, do people usually just walk out with their hair dripping? Anyway, I told her that I just wanted my hair dried simply and she asked in which style, straight? Wavy? And I said volume, wavy I guess. And without telling me prices or anything my cut and dry turned into a Cut with Brushing and more than doubled in price! This just teaches me to always triple check everything with them (which to be honest will turn any trip to a hairdressers into a very uncomfortable one for everyone) and I most probably won't come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairdressers very professional, motivated in accomplishing what you have asked (without unwanted "surprises"). Very nice haircut, "ombre, balayage", uses quality products ("sanjam plex technology" to do the lights). Does not make reservations.
