The staff was amazing and attentive, the wine suggestions was perfect! We left with the biggest smiles on our faces ane very satisfied stomachs! The selection of fresh fish was absolutely seductive, but we went with a la carte since we had been snacking all day. The next time we are in Lisbon, this is s certain go to place! - the vibe is also amazing, it's buzzing!

The staff was cold and hard to find, even though the restaurant was half empty. Our waitress disappeared at some point and appeared again at the end of our meal with no explanation. They needed reminders to get us something simple like bread. The food was mediocre and way over priced. I wish we had gone somewhere else. We have been in Lisbon a week and also to Porto and almost every other place has been great. By far this was the worst restaurant we have been to in all of Portugal.

We ordered “CHOCO FRITO EM TEMPURA PRETA Deep fried cuttlefish in black tempura Tempura noire de calamar frit “. Chef didn’t use a typical Japanese tempura batter. Instead of Panko, He/she used ink and it turned out very unique taste texture. Some points, it is better than Japanese tempura in Japan. Sushi platter was excellent because of fresh fishes , however, sushi rice was okay to Asians. I believe that sushi platter was a Portuguese fusion style. Quite different style compared to USA one.

Make sure you check their catch of the day shelf for the freshest seafood available and ask the best way to cook it. We had razor clams prepared in two different styles (grilled and with Portuguese souse), fresh oysters, and clams - all prepared perfectly. There are more options for Japanese style seafood like sushi, sashimi etc.
