Ora bem, no dia 1 de Dezembro fui à sephora do Colombo. Onde de fui atendida por uma sra Luísa, sim simpática era. Pedi lhe uma loção para o rosto. Entretanto tive que sair da loja e quando voltei pedi o mesmo. Comprei 3 produtos, nada baratos. Qual o meu espanto quando vou para usar a dita loção e sai me um óleo para lavar a cara. Ora hoje liguei e falei com a sra Luísa. Não me podia aceitar o produto pois já o tinha aberto. Até aí eu entendo. O que não entendo é a sra me dizer que me ia arranjar 3 embalagens da dita loção, mas mais pequenas, ou seja amostras, E ainda por cima sou de longe e tinha de lá ir buscar porque não mandam pelo correio. E assim gastei dinheiro num produto caro, onde já tenho vários para a mesma situação. Desiludida com a sephora, com as pessoas. Andando eu de cadeira de rodas não me é possível ir ao Colombo tão cedo. Assim se perde dinheiro. E já vi que isto é mesmo é pras influencers, porque depois vamos lá e somos tratadas do tipo... ah desculpe agora não posso fazer nada. E o meu dinheiro??? Pois neste momento não posso comprar mais. Até o Colombo paga. Para mim nunca mais é sephora muito menos. Devia ter ido à perfumes e companhia, mas fui iludida pelas influencers e deu nisto. Tenho dito. Fica aqui o que me venderam.
Well, on December 1st I went to the sephora in Colombo. Wherever I was attended by a Mrs. Luísa, yes it was nice. I asked him for a face lotion. However I had to leave the store and when I returned I asked for the same. I bought 3 products, not cheap. What is my amazement when I go to use said lotion and an oil comes out to wash my face. Today I called and spoke with Ms. Luísa. I couldn't accept the product as I had already opened it. Until then I understand. What I don't understand is you telling me that you were going to get me 3 packages of the said lotion, but smaller, ie samples, And on top of that I'm from far away and I had to go get it because they don't send it by mail. And so I spent money on an expensive product, where I already have several for the same situation. Disillusioned with sephora, with people. Walking in a wheelchair, it's not possible for me to go to Colombo so soon. That way you lose money. And I've already seen that this is really for influencers, because then we go there and we're treated like... oh sorry now I can't do anything. And my money??? Because right now I can't buy more. Even Columbus pays. For me it is never sephora much less. I should have gone to perfumes and company, but I was fooled by influencers and it happened. I have said. Here is what they sold me.

Awful service! Male staff aggressively and persistently try to “help” you, even if you inform them several times that you don’t need help.

Super service from the make-up artist and the other co-workers. They helped me finding the right products by showing me everything. They gave me some samples too.

Spent a lot of money and I don’t think I received any points on my Sephora card! Also they gave one sample as a gift when usually I in other Sephoras they give a decent amount of samples away when you spend alot!

I went in the other day looking in to buy Kayali’s Vanilla 28, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Luckily, I had an amazing customer representative, Liliana, she went out of her way to help me find the products I was looking for. She even instructed someone to go have a look in the back. While the specific products I was looking had run out in the front & back, she gave me great suggestions which I purchased.
