F	Francisco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um parente teve de ser atendido, a espera foi longa, várias horas, mas depois de atendido a coisa mudou de figura, o staff é competente, e o facto de os valores €€serem acessíveis ao público assim como depois os medicamentos receitados, é sempre um orgulho estar num país com a saúde tendencialmente gratuita! Não devemos dar o SNS como garantido! Viva o SNS! A relative had to be taken care of, the wait was long, several hours, but after being attended to, the staff changed, the staff is competent, and the fact that the €€ values are accessible to the public, as well as the prescription drugs, is always a pride to be in a country with health tendencially free! We should not give the NHS as a guarantee! Long live the SNS!

C	Carmen Vieira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Pessoas completamente despreparadas para fazer a triagem dos pacientes. Médico sem profissionalismo. Após aguardar 7 horas, passo pela consulta médica e para minha surpresa, depois de descrever o meu problema ao médico, ele me pergunta: E o que você acha que devo fazer? Então respondo: Não sei, você é o médico e não eu. E em seguida, ele me encaminha a um ortopedista sem dizer mais nenhuma palavra. Sem nem se quer examinar ou dizer outra palavra. Nem 60 segundos de consulta. Sai de lá, com mais dúvidas do que quando entrei. Na sala de espera, idosos chorando de dor, aguardando por mais de 7 horas por atendimento, sem comer, sem local para tomar água e casa de banho em péssimas condições de higiene. Portugal é uma país que a qualquer momento pode acontecer uma catastrofe como o sismo de 1755, e me pergunto: com essa estrutura de atendimento em saúde, o que serão das pessoas? Um país tão preocupado com a emissão do CO2, (porque ta na moda falar sobre isso) e tão frio perante a saúde e respeito com seus cidadãos, principlamente os idosos. Terrible attendance. People completely unprepared to screen patients. Doctor without professionalism. After waiting 7 hours, I go through the doctor's appointment and to my surprise, after describing my problem to the doctor, he asks me: And what do you think I should do? Then I answer: I don't know, you're the doctor, not me. And then he forwards me to an orthopedist without saying another word. Without even wanting to examine or say another word. Not 60 seconds of consultation. He leaves with more doubts than when I entered. In the waiting room, elderly people crying in pain, waiting for more than 7 hours for care, without eating, with no place to drink water and bathroom in poor hygiene. Portugal is a country that at any moment can happen a catastrophe like the 1755 earthquake, and I wonder: with this structure of health care, what will become of the people? A country so concerned about CO2 emissions (because it is fashionable to talk about it) and so cold about health and respect for its citizens, especially the elderly.

E	Elsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde as 14 horas a tentar ligar para um telemóvel, cedido pelo serviço de urgência. Não atendem ou está ocupado. A minha mãe está sozinha sem ninguém e sem nada e é desumano. Para quê o telemóvel, se não atendem. Desumano.
j	j m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs! Triage nurses are not properly trained to do triage. Your priority is often wrongly applied. The service is so bad you could die before they notice you. Worst emergency service I,ve ever been. I strongly advise you to travel to another hospital even if it is much further away. If you can avoid it is the best you can do.

Despite the fact that this hospital is related to the University of Coimbra and lots of international students refer to this hospital, no one spoke English! While I was in bad situation, I had to write and translate anything for doctor and nurses. Afew nurses spoke English. Another weak point of this hospital is much time that a patient should spend and wait there! Personally, the first time, I suffered from severe headache, I waited 12 hours there until leaving the urgency!!! I waited more than 3 hours to receive just one tablet to calm my pain. It was terrible to me and I have never had such an experience before. The second time, the process took more than 3 hours while there was not any person in the line of that part.
