Simple rustic place which is a little off the beaten track but worth the trip. Serves authentic Portuguese food cooked with love. The ladies that cook want to know that you have enjoyed your meal. They really care. This shows in the service which was first rate.
The starter couvert is 2€ each and it is all delicious but the ham is the stand out taste. The javali stew was also excellent and the portions are very generous.
A really great experience and we will certainly be back for more.
