★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirme sempre o preço antes de pedir, confirme as quantidades antes de pagar e confirme o valor com os seus próprios instrumentos de medição (se aplicável). Também aconselho a pedir factura antes de pagar. Pedi 50 condensadores cerâmicos de 22pF. Pela conversa e disponibilidade demonstrada pelo pessoal da loja, confiei cegamente. O que pedi foi o que *aparentemente* me deram mas achei demasiado caro. Infelizmente só em casa confirmei que a factura referia 50 condensadores *electrolitico* de 1000uF. Contei-os e eram apenas 47. Na fotografia pode ver-se o que trouxe e o que paguei/o que foi facturado. Voltei uma segunda vez à loja para repor os 3 em falta e, sem oposição, resolveram o problema. No dia seguinte, antes de usar, medi os condesadores que, na verdade eram de 2.2pF e não de 22pF. Voltei a loja e o empregado mediu os condensadores com um multímetro dele. Na escala de "200pF" o multimetro (de 2000 counts) mostrou no ecrã "2.2" ao qual o empregado explica "está a ver? Na escala de 200pF isto são 22p". Pedi que medisse um exemplar que eu tinha levado e o multimetro mostrou, efectivamente, "22.0". O empregrado não reconheu o erro de contagem, nem o erro da troca de valores e ainda de mostrou ignorante a usat um multímetro. De forma muito arrogante devolve o dinheiro, diz que nao me vende nenhum condesador 22p e ainda pede que eu nao volte à loja.
Always confirm the price before ordering, confirm the quantities before paying and confirm the value with your own measuring instruments (if applicable). I also advise you to ask for an invoice before paying. I ordered 50 22pF ceramic capacitors. For the conversation and availability shown by the store staff, I trusted blindly. What I asked for was what they * apparently * gave me but I found it too expensive. Unfortunately at home alone I confirmed that the bill referred to 50 * electrolytic * capacitors of 1000uF. I counted them and there were only 47. In the photo you can see what I brought and what I paid / what was billed. I went back to the store a second time to replace the 3 missing ones and, without opposition, they solved the problem. The next day, before using, I measured the capacitors, which were actually 2.2pF and not 22pF. I went back to the store and the employee measured the capacitors with his multimeter. On the "200pF" scale the multimeter (2000 counts) showed on the screen "2.2" to which the employee explains "can you see? On the 200pF scale this is 22p". I asked him to measure a copy that I had taken and the multimeter actually showed "22.0". The employee did not recognize the error in counting, nor the error in the exchange of values, and also showed ignorance to using a multimeter. In a very arrogant way, he returns the money, says that he does not sell me any 22p condense and still asks me not to go back to the store.

Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable. I'm a high-fidelity customer and I've always been very satisfied. Sometimes the best advice is not the cheapest but quality has to be paid for. This store is a reference in Lisbon and I have personally known these professionals for over 30 years. May they continue for many good years. Well done.
