★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestelwagen gehuurd voor 10 dagen. Onvriendelijke aflevering, geen uitleg. Ontbrak een vastzetbalk. Moest Adblue gaan vullen. Schakelen 2 naar 3 ging moeizaam. Cabine stonk en vond een rotte appel. Tussen hete, mechanische delen zat een wollen muts!! Nul medewerking bij schadegeschil.
 Rented van for 10 days. Unfriendly delivery, no explanation. Missed a securing bar. Had to fill Adblue. Switching 2 to 3 was difficult. Cabin was smelly and found a rotten apple. There was a woolen cap between hot mechanical parts !! Zero cooperation in the event of a claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixam nos à espera, não explicaram nada, entregaram o carro sem combustível, o colaborador só faliu comigo para dizer bom dia e pediu me os documentos não me explicou nada e ainda foi arrogante. No finl disse me o valor mas também não me disse o que estava a pagar nem o porquê pois estavam valores adicionados e um deles nem tinha de o pagar.
They left us waiting, they didn't explain anything, they delivered the car without fuel, the employee only spoke to me to say good morning and asked me for the documents, he didn't explain anything to me and was even arrogant. At the end he told me the amount but he also didn't tell me what he was paying or why because there were added amounts and one of them didn't even have to pay it.
