★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício torto, algumas portas não estão sequer demarcadas com o devido número, pelo que é difícil saber qual apartamento corresponde à chave, um elevador não tinha sequer chão, não há modo de abrir a cancela aos entregadores, a visitas e imagino que em caso de urgência o INEM possa ter dificuldades no acesso, uma vez que é necessário sair do carro para tocar à campainha do edifício só para depois ver a cancela aberta. Para finalizar, o porteiro é arrogante e mal - educado mesmo para quem entra.
A crooked building, some doors are not even marked with the proper number, so it is difficult to know which apartment corresponds to the key, an elevator did not even have a floor, there is no way to open the gate to deliverers, to visitors and I imagine that in case of urgently INEM may have difficulties in access, since it is necessary to get out of the car to ring the building bell only to then see the gate open. Finally, the porter is arrogant and impolite even to those who enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por partes: el apartamento es pequeño, pero para una pareja con un niño, perfecto. La playa está muy muy cerca. Es verdad que hay pocos aparcamientos, pero nuestro contrato lo incluía. El apartamento tiene de todo, el teléfono me pareció encantador y vintage. Dentro tienes una pequeña cocina con 2 fogones (suficiente), un frigo pequeño, una cama de matrimonio, un sofá - cama pequeñito, ventilador, cuerdas para tender (llévate pinzas)… microondas, cafetera, hervidor de agua, loza para comer, tostadora, tabla de planchar y plancha...wifi y TV. Echo en falta un secador.
Si puntúo con UNA SOLA ESTRELLA, no es en sí por el apartamento, que merece 3, ES POR:
- En el tapón de la bañera había un montón de pelos.
- No hay presión de agua en la planta 15.
- Uno de los recepcionistas NO LLEVA MASCARILLA sistemáticamente y para mí, eso es INTOLERABLE.
- Los usuarios están en la entrada sentados con la mascarilla quitada Y NO SE LES LLAMA LA ATENCIÓN. Sale y entra gente del ascensor SIN MASCARILLA.
Es preocupante en la situación de pandemia en la que vivimos.
In parts: the apartment is small, but for a couple with a child, perfect. The beach is very very close. It is true that there are few parking spaces, but our contract included it. The apartment has everything, I found the phone charming and vintage. Inside you have a small kitchen with 2 hot plates (enough), a small fridge, a double bed, a tiny sofa - bed, fan, clothes lines (take clothes pegs) ... microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes to eat, toaster , ironing board and iron ... wifi and TV. I am missing a hairdryer.
If I score with ONE STAR, it is not by itself because of the apartment, which deserves 3, IT IS BY:
- There was a lot of hair on the bathtub stopper.
- There is no water pressure on floor 15.
- One of the receptionists DOES NOT WEAR A MASK systematically and for me, that is INTOLERABLE.
- Users are seated at the entrance with the mask removed AND THEY ARE NOT CALLED ATTENTION. People come in and out of the elevator WITHOUT A MASK.
It is worrying in the pandemic situation in which we live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff for UK tourists take and use Google translator (miserable staff but you get there.) Hotel room budget good balcony okay but on the small side and wouldn't recommend for people with children as the guard rail is at waist hight (myself being 5"11) apartment being on the 9th floor. Quite dated interior and strange art work round the lobby area, if your on a budget it does the job.
