★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well placed 4 star hotel for Portimão marina, Praia Da Rocha and a water taxi ride to Ferragudo (beach or town) Clean spacious rooms. We chose dockside which is ground floor and close to everything with a great view of the marina. Good sized sun deck...I would have loved a sun longer on the deck too. Super comfy bed in the room. Reception staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast included in the room rate was a pleasure and well organised. Ample choice of good. Pool area clean. The two guys worked really hard with service poolside. Housekeeping was daily and thorough. Very friendly staff. The only let down was room service which took over an hour to arrive having been told 25 mins and was missing part of the order when it arrived. I’d stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I stayed for a week late May early June. The room rate came with a buffet breakfast which was comprehensive from cooked breakfast, fresh fruits to pastries. The staff were most helpful especially when we had issues with our covid 19 testing prior to flying home. The rooms were equipped with some basic cooking and kitchen equipment, you would be a fool to try and use them with such wonderful restaurants in the area. We tried room service, and this toe was the only let down, we were told 25 minutes and it tool over an hour and the fsrlic bread was missing. The beds were very comfortable and ensured a good nights sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignore the terrible reviews. Convenience, location, staffs professionalism, view from room and restaurant, value for money, cleanliness, swimming pool, comfort all 10/10 will stay again here esp during high season where everything is overpriced in Algarve
Room for improvement:
- Room is outdated and need renovation
- they need to do more on breakfast guidance, i didn‘t know that you can customize your egg order or that there is pancake until my last day. Before knowing this i thought the breakfast was mediocre at best. I only knew because i took a peek at other guest‘s table
- ridiculously expensive bar/restaurant price for portugal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a global pandemic when i informed them that we could not come because some members on our trip couldn't not come because they recently lot a family member to covid AND we couldn't travel anyway because we were in a national lockdown this hotel still insisted on charging us a fee to cancel our booking saying 'it is none of their business and we could reschedule if we really wanted to' honestly very disappointed in this chain. they should be ashamed of themselves. i hope the money helps you sleep well at night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful everytime we asked for recommendations/service.
The swimming pool was great, very calm at this time of the year.
The room is very quiet and very clean (cleaning service comes in everyday).
And finally, the breakfast was of very good quality, with good products and a stunning view. I strongly recommend this hotel !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: The room was warm when I arrived (nearly midnight!) as they left the heating on and the TV was programmed in my native language (German), although not necessary but a really nice gesture.
The room was beyond clean, the bed huge and super comfy. The view from the room and balcony was fantastic, I love sailboats and loved the marina view.
Con: No kettle in the room and you have to pay for the use of the coffee machine. The shower head could be bigger (it's actually quite small) and there could be a smart TV to watch Netflix.
