Realizam "serviços extras" sem informar que não estão incluídos no que você pediu e ao fim precisas pagar por estes serviços não solicitados. Isto é se aproveitar da boa fé dos clientes. Não recomendo.

Necesitaba un corte de cabello. Indague en Google Map el mas próximo a mi. Entre en contacto telefónico y pregunté posibilidad inmediata del servicio. Positivo! Llegué y estaban esperando por mi. Servicio personalizado, atento y simpático. Un poco caro para yo conseguir habitualmente ir, pero vale la pena experimentar. Recomiendo porque los considero muy profesionales y excelente calidad de servicio. Muchas gracias!

Há cerca de um mês atrás a minha mulher efectuou um óptimo corte de cabelo com cabeleira Simone. Hoje foi acertar o cabelo e como a referida cabeleira Simone já não trabalha neste cabeleireiro foi atendida pela cabeleira Isabel e foi um desastre completo porque estragou o corte . Pergunto se não existe preocupação pela qualidade do serviço prestado aos clientes. Assim nesta situação a minha avaliação é negativa.

Nota para mim própria: não voltar a este cabeleireiro! O rapaz estava a finalizar o corte e eu comento: "Não vale a pena sequer secar muito, que eu vou sair daqui e vou treinar..." O rapaz respondeu: "Ok, vou só secar um pouco e finalizar o corte." Ainda assim, fez todo o brushing, que eu resolvi nem interromper, pois pensei que ele pudesse ser daqueles "artistas" que precisa disto para dar os toques finais. No fim de tudo: para além dos 35€ de corte+secagem, ainda cobrou outros 18 pelo brushing! - "A sério?!" Acabei de sair do cabeleireiro e nem reclamei para não ser mal-educada... porém, para toda a gente que conheço e não: um cabeleireiro a não voltar! PS - para além de outras duas coisas: caro o corte e demasiado curto, tendo em conta as indicações aqui da cliente.

*ATENDIDA PELO KENCOSTA HAIR Um dos piores serviços que já recebi. Fui ao salão porque queria pintar meu cabelo de ruivo (tenho o cabelo castanho escuro), inclusive mostrei fotos de ruivas acobreadas pra deixar bem claro o que eu queria, mas o cabeleireiro parecia estar com pressa e mal me ouviu ou olhou as fotos que mostrei, e já foi fazer meu cabelo. O que ele fez aplicar um tonalizante ruivo no meu cabelo (ficou um castanho meio arruivado, longe da cor que eu queria), que mal durou 3 semanas e então meu cabelo voltou 100% a cor natural. Paguei 30 euros em um serviço que durou nem 1 mês, isso porque o valor total era 60 euros, mas como fui em uma promoção (se levasse uma amiga pagava somente 50%, e fui com uma amiga) paguei metade do valor (graças a Deus, porque 60 euros pra algo que não é NEM DE LONGE o que eu pedi,s pior ainda). Mas ok, após essas 3 semanas entrei em contato com o cabeleireiro e expliquei a situação, e perguntei quanto ele cobrava pra pintar o cabelo de fato, que é o que eu queria desde o início, e não tonalizar. Mandei uma msg pelo Instagram, que foi vizualizada no mesmo dia e nem sequer tive uma resposta. Eu sinceramente tô chocada! Nunca vi tanto descaso com o cliente. Nunca vi um cliente ter que insistir pra ser atendido. Sinceramente, joguei meus 30 euros no lixo. Em resposta ao comentário do proprietário, o salão foi o do Atrium Saldanha, e fui atendida pelo KenCosta Hair. Peço desculpa por não ter especificado isso anteriormente. Obrigada pela resposta.

I paid 30 euros for a service that lasted not even a month, because the total amount was 60 euros, but as I went on a promotion (if I took a friend I only paid 50%, and I went with a friend) I paid half the amount (thanks to God, because 60 euros for something that is NOT FAR from what I asked for, even worse). But ok, after those 3 weeks I got in touch with the hairdresser and explained the situation, and asked how much he charged to actually dye his hair, which is what I wanted from the beginning, not to tone. I sent a msg through Instagram, which was viewed the same day and I didn't even have an answer. I'm honestly shocked! Never seen so much neglect with the customer. I have never seen a customer have to insist to be served. I honestly threw my 30 euros in the trash. This is a good hairdressers. The only thing I would warn is the additions that happen that actually cost more than London. So I went in for a roots colour for 45 euros and came out with 120 bill because I said yes to treatment thinking no more than 20 and it was 30 something and then she said she should just cut the ends off which I agreed and got charged another 40 soemthing for a cut. So my question was did I really have a haircut if ustj the ends are chopped. It's my fault for not asking but be aware. I thank god stopped the blow dry because I started antto feel the cost. I have to say excellent sales technique and my hair does looked saved!
