F	Francisco García Olmedo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con mi pareja de vacaciones un poco a ciegas y hemos saludo encantados, Atención excelente súper amables, la estancia súper cómoda, limpieza de 10, todos los días nos limpiaron la habitación como el primer día, nos gustó tanto que alargamos nuestras vacaciones un día más, el personal súper amable, no tienen desayunos pero si máquinas expendedoras y de café, si sirviesen desayunos sería genial pero tampoco lo echas en falta, esta súper bien ubicado cerca de una playa con aparcamiento y a 5 minutos de lugares de ocio, lo recomiendo 100% I went with my partner on vacation a little blind and we have greeted delighted, super friendly excellent attention, super comfortable stay, cleaning of 10, every day we cleaned the room like the first day, we liked it so much that we extended our vacation one day more, super friendly staff, they do not have breakfast but if vending and coffee machines, if they served breakfast it would be great but you do not miss it either, it is super well located near a beach with parking and 5 minutes from leisure places, I recommend it 100%
N	Nadine S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Leider hat es uns nicht gefallen. Beim Betreten des Zimmers hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. We stayed in this hotel for one night. Unfortunately we didn't like it. When entering the room it smelled very unpleasant.

Caso saia do Faro de Ônibus, a parada fica a menos de 200m. - Muito limpo e com diversas amenities - Todo Staff muito gentil Quarto espaçoso, televisão smart e grande, boa piscina - Fiquei num quarto próximo à recepção, mas não tive quaisquer problemas com barulho - Máquinas para comprar café e bebidas com preço ok - Location: close to what I considered to be one of the best beaches in Albufeira, Santa Eulália. Supermarket at about 800m. If you leave Faro by bus, the stop is less than 200m away. - Very clean and with several amenities - All staff very kind Spacious room, big smart TV, nice pool - I stayed in a room close to the reception, but I didn't have any problems with noise - Machines to buy coffee and drinks with ok price
A	Ao Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos han engañado totalmente con las habitaciones, fuimos 6 personas para 3 habitación, una de ella era de las más cara, pero nos han puesto la misma habitación. Si no llegamos a ver la habitación deluxe de otra persona, no nos hubiéramos dado cuenta, encima ponen la excusa de que los que pagaron menos les han dado una habitación mejor porque no quedaba más habitación, que los que pagaron menos también ponía “habitación doble superior”. Y otra cosa, este hotel aunque se a de 3 estrellas no os fíes, le hace falta una buena reforma y las llaves para abrir las puertas no son digitales, son de las antiguas. No lo recomiendo para nada. Aparte lo de la vista a la playa no os fíes, solo se ve el mar a lo lejos They have totally deceived us with the rooms, we went 6 people to 3 rooms, one of them was the most expensive, but they have given us the same room. If we did not get to see someone else's deluxe room, we would not have realized it, on top of that they put the excuse that those who paid less have given them a better room because there was no more room, that those who paid less also said "double room higher". And another thing, this hotel, although it is a 3-star hotel, do not trust it, it needs a good reform and the keys to open the doors are not digital, they are the old ones. I do not recommend it at all. Apart from the view of the beach, don't trust it, you can only see the sea in the distance

Sem lógica não deixei qual quer indicação ou papel para limparem o quarto e fizerao o. Mexerao em roupa deixarão em cima da cama. Deixei uma luz acesa quando fui jantar. Quando chegai a noite estava apagada 5 star location. Several people complain that the pool water is full of chlorine. It even burned the skin. Without logic I didn't leave any indication or paper to clean the room and do it. They will mess with clothes they will leave on the bed. I left a light on when I went to dinner. When night came it was off

Y	Yun Quan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was horrible the wall were made of paper，there's absolutely no difference from the deluxe room of the normals one.Also the doors doesn't even close good. Definitely i would never in my life go again to this piece of trash
M	Michaela Louise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never return. Room was cleaned once an the bedsheet was flipped over, no clean sheets in 6 days. Felt beyond unwelcome and uncomfortable with the staff, mainly the male staff. One male staff member in particular who worked Monday & Friday night, he was extremely rude and made it clear he did not want us there. Not a way to treat any paying guest We arrived around 11pm on our first night, no where open for food so we tried the vending machine which kept getting items jammed, he came and told us be quiet as there were rooms next door, which we respected. We then had to order an uber as we still had no food, he came up to the rooms to tell us we were being too loud and he would kick us out, i can confirm the only loudness from us was our door closing (we was literally lay in bed when he knocked). Then the Friday night me an my partner went for a drink (bare in mind we were beyond quiet through the hotel due to night 1). When we came in he demanded to know our hotel room number, and names. Something that had never been asked by any other staff member through the week; we were just walking on egg shells the entire time - should not have to feel like this on holiday. I would have understood if we were disrespectful or loud at any time, but we wasn’t. Also no facilities in the rooms for coffee etc, just not worth the money at all
