★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Personale scortese e mai reperibile. Porte finestre tutte difettose e apribili dall'esterno. Siamo pure stati derubati. Inoltre l'aria condizionata va solo in una stanza.
Sconsigliatissimo
Bad experience. Rude and never reachable staff. French windows all defective and open from the outside. We have also been robbed. Also the air conditioning only goes into one room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un chalet que por desgracia hace 10 años estaría perfecto, pero hoy en día no tiene mantenimiento. Las cosas rotas o no funcionan.
Perdianas que no abren, camas en muy mal estado, los baños pierden agua, estanterias que se caen, cristales rotos, las hamacas del jardín casi todas rotas, el wifi un día va bien y 3 mal.
Lo peor fue que ibamos 7 personas y cuando llegamos solo habia camas para 5. Le llamamos y le dijimos que en la reserva ponía hasta 7 personas y que faltaba un sofá-cama y nos dijo que no era así y que nos tenia que cobrar 50€ más por noche. Al final nos pusieron el sofá-cama y no nos cobraron más.
Un sitio cutre pero bien situado.
No volvería por la falta de mantenimiento.

Perdianas that do not open, beds in very bad condition, the bathrooms leak water, shelves that fall, broken glass, the hammocks in the garden almost all broken, the wifi one day is good and 3 bad.
The worst thing was that we were 7 people and when we arrived there were only beds for 5. We called him and told him that in the reservation he put up to 7 people and that a sofa-bed was missing and he told us that it was not like that and that he had to charge us 50 € more per night. In the end they put us on the sofa bed and did not charge us more.
A shabby place but well located.
I would not go back for lack of maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa bem localizada mas sem manutenção. Muitas paredes com infiltrações, cheiro a humidade. Uma das casas de banho com fuga de água para o quarto, ficando este “ alagado”. Torradeira em mau estado, com plástico queimado e suja. Microondas com ferrugem e sujo com “restos de comida”. Armários da cozinha sujos com galhofeiro com ferrugem. A roupa de cama, colchas, lençóis e toalhas com mau cheiro e com manchas de sujidade. Os lençóis tinham cabelos agarrados. Cortinados sujos. As cobertas dos sofás com “ péssimo aspeto’. Extintor fora do prazo de manutenção. De um modo geral casa com óptimo potencial se no futuro for cuidado e limpo. Mas neste momento não recomendo por não reunir condições mínimas de higiene e de segurança.
House well located but without maintenance. Many walls with leaks, damp smell. One of the bathrooms leaking water to the bedroom, which becomes “flooded”. Toaster in poor condition, with burnt and dirty plastic. Microwave with rust and dirty with "food scraps". Dirty kitchen cabinets with rusty playful. Bed linen, bedspreads, sheets and towels with a bad smell and stains. The sheets had hair stuck together. Dirty curtains. Sofa covers look “bad looking”. Fire extinguisher out of maintenance period. In general, a house with great potential if in the future it is cared for and cleaned. But at this point I don't recommend it because it doesn't meet minimum hygiene and safety conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich recht gut, jedoch sollte mehr auf die Anlage geachtet werden. Erste Abnutzungserscheinungen und Verwarlosungen werden sichtbar. Wird jetzt nicht zeitnah gehandelt ist es schnell vorbei mit gut.
