Excellent location. Helpful and friendly agents. Grounds are of a good size, as are the interior rooms. The Wi-Fi is via a mobile dongle rather than a landline type connection so isn't the fastest. Air con in each bedroom and main living area.

I don't normally review places we stay in but felt this lovely little villa deserved a mention. We couldn't find many reviews about the villa so were a little nervous when we arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check in time. We needn't have worried we were allowed in to the villa early and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The kitchen is a little small but has enough room for a couple of cooks and has everything you could want, we were even left dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The master bedroom is very generous and has a double bed with a chest of draws, built in wardrobe and an ensuite with a shower. The other two bedrooms are slightly smaller but both have twin beds, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe and share the main bathroom which has a shower over the bath. The main living area has a dinning table with plenty of room for 6 chairs and a comfortable sofa with a couple of relaxing chairs. All the bedrooms and the main living area have aircon units which were easy to operate. Outside the villa has a private garden containing a table and chairs for alfresco dining, sun loungers with padded cushions and two umberellas for shade, an outside shower, a bbq and washing line not forgetting the generously sized private pool . We had the pool heated which costs extra but it was well worth it as we spent a lot more time in the pool than we normally do. We have visited the area before but rep from Algarve vacations was very helpful and made sure we knew where all the local amenities were and you could book excursions with her if required. The villa is only a few hundred yards from The Strip which we thought may be noisy but we couldn't hear any noise when we were there in September. All in all we found it to be a lovely traditional bungalow/villa, in fact we enjoyed it so much we've booked to go back.
