The staff were extremely rude, I went to the gym in the hotel (extremely small) and was yelled at for not having a booking...when I got in the gym was empty. The sauna, both pools and most facilities were closed...including the restaurant! The hotel room was the worst, the toilet seat was all cracked and uncomfortable and the curtains were dusty. The matress was okay.
This is not a 5 star hotel, I would say 3 at most! Highly not recommended.

It is right smack in the middle of some hotel Quarter with much tourism going on so to see something nice you have to expect walking for 20 to 40 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my colleagues staying here were discussing how this can be a 5 star hotel. I would say it's a 3 star hotel. The service is good, but so many things in the room were slightly broken and crooked.
The pool is only open during the summer. My room didn't have a lamp in the ceiling, so it was very dark. Bathroom door didn't really close, didn't have a lock, and the handle was loose. The bath tub didn't have a plug, so I couldn't take a bath. Only shower.
This is only a few of the problems.
