★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machine did its job. It cleaned our clothes which I do appreciate. Can’t say that about the dryer though, but thats ok, because we have plenty of space in the room to hang them everywhere.
Very disappointing and unexpected was the 30 sec given to you after payment to start the machine. Afterwards your money is simply taken and lost. Btw, only coins work so once you loose the only ones you had, you have to go around and ask people for change. Seems like somebody does a great business on that system.
Big thanks to the lady that supported us in that hard moments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machines take their time which ends up being more than expected. It would ask you to wait 35 minutes then take around 45 to wash clothes. Drying machine is supposed to take 12 minutes, when putting your clothes in it would jump to 24 minutes.
I'm sure there's a valid reason for each of these situations but it makes it impossible for you to estimate how long to be waiting there.
If you read the step by steps instructions none of these situations is explained. It makes it look very easy and straightforward when it's not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend to go there. Timer on the washing machine is not reliable. After drying on heat mode t-shirts were wet. When we put our wet clothes to dryer (for a second time) and paid for it, timer showed 24 minutes instead of 12 minutes, at first we didn’t understand how it happened but from comments here I learned that someone accidentally pay for this machine before us and this is why timer doubled. We couldn’t change it after so we had to wait for additional 24 minutes... We spend entire morning of last day in Lisbon in this laundry service ?
There are better services just in 10min walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, reliable service. One of the machines had a problem (with my clothes in it) and the owner came in 30min after a call and fixed everything. Place is clean, equipment modern. Might be a bit expensive, but it does the job well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why all the hate in the other comments. I stayed in the neighborhood and I needed to wash my clothes. I read the reviews before going there, and I was expecting it to be terrible. It wasn't a all. The instruction were simple, the timer reliable, the cleaning was perfect. In and out basically. Finally I am wearing clean clothes again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The washing result is pretty decent but the timer takes around 15 minutes longer then displayed so it took 70 minutes instead of 55 minutes. AThe dryers work perfectly very fast just 12 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent washer and dryer. Only issue is their timers seem to be broken - when starting the wash, the digital display showed 34min, but instead it took 75min despite a very light load.
