★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff, not able to speak any word of English - right in the middle of a touristic shopping center I would say that's a problem. The frozen yoghurt was ok, fruit toppings didn't seem very fresh.

The person who worked there (I think her name was Rossella) was extremely rude and was listening to a video on her phone. It took 15 min to get my waffle and she did not apologize.
She charged me for the large even though I order a medium and simply ignored me and refused to give me back my 1 euro. She needs to be fired!
