Primeiro disseram que cadeira estava limpa e eu a ver manchas de liquido.A meu pedido limparam novamente, depois paguei 90 euros de colocação de pestanas quando normalmente pago 30 e nao fizeram o que eu pedi. Colocaram me umas pestanas super pequenas parece que nao tenho nada, e ainda por cima cortou as no fim. Pessima relacao qualidade preço e falta de profissionalismo. O cliente é que sabe o que quer nao a tecnica., ela apenas deve aconselhar mas decisao e nossa. De lamentar Complete disillusionment. First they said the chair was clean and I was seeing liquid stains. My order was cleaned again, then I paid 90 euros for eyelashes when I normally paid 30 and they didn't do what I asked. They put some super small lashes on me, it looks like I have nothing, and on top of that I cut the ones at the end. Poor value for money and lack of professionalism. The client is the one who knows what she wants, not the technique, she should only advise but the decision is ours. To regret

As duas atendentes que me atenderam hoje (21/07/2021) estavam falando mal e rindo da cliente que havia acabado de sair, sem o menor pudor e respeito com os clientes e logo depois de eu sair meu marido que estava perto ouviu ela falando mal e rindo de mim também. Péssima higiene, quando fui sentar na cadeira a cliente que havia saído havia suado e a cadeira estava suada. A atendente sequer passou um pano com álcool para limpar e pediu para eu eu me sentasse. Péssimo serviço, já que ao pedir por Henna ela aplicou outro serviço e ainda após reclamações fez de desentendida e debochou de mim. Ainda pintou minha pele fora dos contornos da sombrancelha e quis me convencer que era daquele jeito mesmo e só removeu essa tinta após nova reclamação. A falta de profissionalismo e respeito por parte das atendentes deveria ser motivo de vergonha por parte de uma empresa que faz parte do grupo continente.
