★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking around for 10 mins and not one staff came to ask what I was looking for. In fact, no staffs available as the only one I can see was behind the cashier. Very limited selection of products but I guess if you are only looking for something basic, they would have it. But dont come in to compare different products etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a new Bosch induction hob unit on Monday 17 June 2019 to be installed for our family arriving on Tuesday 16th July. The installation date was set as Thursday 11th July. Despite many many phone calls, we are still waiting, with very limited cooking facilities. The numerous promises of installation have all failed to materialise, promised return phone calls were not made. Clearly, the management of Worten are just not in control and do not care about their customers.
