★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Husband bought a Gopro Hero 6 and Nintendo and told the staff they need to fill out a tax free form for us to claim at the airport. Staff didn't believe us and said it has to be done at the airport. Went to the airport and the Tax Free Custom deparment told us that it should have been done at the store. To the manager of this store, please educate your staff as there will be more tourists making the same request. We asked twice and your staff just ignored the request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always leave a little disappointed from here. They have a good selection of products from tech to kitchen equipment but they never seem to have what I want in stock. The staff are normally pleasant but my last visit I struggled to find someone to help and when I did they were completely apathetic and unhelpful. I was told to order the products online. End of discussion. Due to no stock and hefty waiting times on the website that was €750 they lost out on.

Think about your self if you go another country if you can than them language than you can travel or visit or you can't than you will feel about it how much big is that issue. I am a polite person that why i don't want say anything more. I have request don't do again if the person is from another country. I know the name of guy but i don't want to said. He is doing his job how can he do. I just want to improve your skill. Your one worker did that with me. Said i can't make universal card from your side if i can't speak portuguese.
