Já por duas vezes que utilizei o serviço e recomendo, uma das vezes a viatura teve uma avaria e foram incansáveis na resolução do problema.

Entregaram o meu veículo com uma lâmpada fundida uma vez que deixaram o carro armazenado 9 dias com os faróis ligados. Além disso facturaram um valor inferior ao cobrado. Péssimo serviço.
They delivered my vehicle with a blown bulb as they left the car in storage for 9 days with the headlights on. In addition, they invoiced an amount lower than that charged. Poor service.

NÃO RECOMENDO o serviço de todo. Avariaram-me o carro e não se querem responsabilizar. Uma avaria grave. Um prejuízo de quase 1000€. Ainda por cima o carro não ficou nas instalações, ficou na rua durante 3 dias. Vou fazer queixa à Deco e vou fazer de tudo para sofrerem as consequências.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE AT ALL. They've damaged my car and they do not want to blame. A serious fault. A loss of almost € 1000. On top of that the car did not stay on the premises, it remained on the street for 3 days. I'm going to complain to Deco and I'll do my best to suffer the consequences.

MUY MUY MAL. Una PESADILLA!!! Estuvieron utilizando mi coche durante más de 5 horas por toda la ciudad. Lo aparcaron en la puerta de un bar, en una gasolinera, en la calle en un barrio inseguro. Todo lo fui siguiendo con la aplicación para el teléfono móvil del coche. Tras más de 15 llamadas pude conseguir hablar con el conductor quien intentó engañarme diciendo que el coche estaba en el aparcamiento. Tuve que advertirle que tenía todos los movimientos del vehículo registrados en el teléfono móvil y que o bien llevaba el coche al parking o pondría una denuncia por robo del vehículo.
VERY VERY BAD. A nightmare!!! They were using my car for more than 5 hours throughout the city. He was parked at the door of a bar, at a gas station, on the street in an unsafe neighborhood. I followed everything with the application for the mobile phone of the car. After more than 15 calls I was able to talk to the driver who tried to deceive me by saying that the car was in the parking lot. I had to warn him that he had all the movements of the vehicle registered on the mobile phone and that he would either take the car to the parking lot or file a report for theft of the vehicle.

NÃO RECOMENDO DE TODO Na entrega da Viatura quase que perdia o avião, estive 30 minutos a espera para entregar a viatura no terminal 2, na chegada mal aterrei liguei a informar que já tinha aterrado, uma senhora disse que 10 a 15 minutos a viatura seria entregue, pois 15 minutos depois ligaram a perguntar se a minha viatura era azul pois não sabiam onde estava ..... no inicio achei que estavam a brincar mas quem ligou, disse logo que já sabia da viatura e que 5 minutos estava entregue, após 55 minutos a espera voltei a ligar e informei que Não iria pagar o serviço, minutos depois chegou la um senhor com péssimo aspecto arrogante sem nenhum tipo de identificação, a dizer que só me dava a chave do meu carro depois de pagar, depois de eu lhe arrancar a chave da mão fui chamar a PSP o mesmo ao ver que ia chamar a policia pura e simplesmente fugiu. Não paguei e também detectei que tinha um risco que não tinha quando entreguei a viatura.

I did not pay and I also realized that I had a risk I did not have when I handed the car over.

O pior serviço de todos os tempos. Vergonhoso! Não há descrição possível para tamanha incompetência, e falta de educação para com o cliente.

Há alguns anos que sou cliente desta empresa, e nunca tive problemas, mas desta última vez utilizaram o meu carro para uso próprio e andaram 200 km com o carro, gastaram quase todo o combustível e entregaram-me o carro imundo por dentro, incluíndo máscaras de proteção facial imundas. Nunca mais!!!! Já fiz reclamação a várias entidades e exijo ser indminizado.
I have been a customer of this company for a few years, and I have never had any problems, but this last time they used my car for their own use and drove 200 km with the car, spent almost all the fuel and gave me the filthy car inside, including masks of filthy facial protection. Never!!!! I have already complained to several entities and I demand to be compensated.
