★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst expérience ever with taxi. No meters, over charged price when we asked him where is the metter. And finaly aggressive and insulting when we decided to disembark by force. What a great way to promote Lisbon and Portugal.
Recommendation: got to terminal one and request a uber. This should work (terminal 2 is rejected by uber)
The worst that a police man see us enter the taxi and said nothing when the guy clearly did not have a meters in front ( we acceded by the back of the taxi) please dodge this one :
