Friendly, professional and well-disposed staff! Very funny the way they interact with us and the animals, calling themselves "uncles" or "aunts"?
I took my dog there today and both the assistants and the doctors were 5 stars for us

It's reasonable but a little expensive, I went with my dog now and just to say that the nail was falling off, clean the paw and an anti-inflammatory, 36€ because I have insurance if it wasn't 42€ I think

I went with my cat because she came out and in the litter box and peed outside, and I exposed the problem, she stayed there and I had to pay 200 euros just for her to stay out there, the rest I had to pay after she left. They did blood tests, urine and everything else and put it in the serum, after 3 days when I went to get her she was all wet I thought it was strange it was pee she was soaked in pee but I didn't even open my mouth so I went out and went home with my cat because they told me she had kidney failure and that she was already treated without knowing it was a urinary tract infection. I arrived home and the problem persisted, she did not move and did not eat. MEANWHILE I WENT TO TALK TO THE DOCTOR AND I EXPOSED THE PROBLEM AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT “WE CAME BY ACCIDENT SOME BLOOD IN THE URINE” and they didn't even do anything but serum eaten and let's go. I really don't recommend this hospital, I have had several situations where I go there and they don't solve anything and I pay extremely high prices and just to see that I only receive the disability pension, which is 275 euros, but that's it I've already learned.

I had a very bad, in fact, indescribable experience in this hospital.
In the past, I had been attending this hospital a few years ago with a deceased dog of mine and I was very well treated. Both me and the bigeye.
This time the situation was different.
I came in with Simba, on November 18 of this year, in a very bad clinical condition. Successive diarrhea, vomiting, loss of appetite.
Blood tests were done, I was asked twice about whether a blood sample could be taken for such tests, to which I said yes, and I had two suspicions: either a bacterium transmitted through rats or tick fever.
I was told that they would start with the medication until receiving the results, as Simba's condition was very serious.
On Sunday, I was informed that the test results had already arrived and that it was negative for the bacteria, however, they detected Hepatitis.
On Tuesday, I think, when talking to a doctor who talked about Tick Fever, I also questioned and said yes, I was also positive for this pathology. I informed them that I didn't know and they replied that they only had the result a few minutes ago.
Simba, day after day, did not get better. He didn't eat, he started being fed by a tube on Tuesday.
Always with exams up, analyses, ultrasounds and even a blood transfusion was suggested.
After much reflection, today, I asked for Simba's discharge and went to seek a second opinion from another veterinarian.
In addition to having paid €693.70, I go out with my dog even worse. All full of urine, with a terrible smell because the excuse for not having ONE shower was: “At this stage, it's not possible. We run the risk of Simba licking shampoo or swallowing it.”
What is my surprise, when on the same day and at another veterinarian, they do an ultrasound in front of me and immediately detect that the bigeye has a giant inflation in the intestines, stones in the gallbladder and, the fact that it doesn't eat, must- if the stomach is “full” of accumulated food and is not digesting it – hence the vomiting reflexes I was told about.
My question is: with so many exams that were done, didn't they detect it? Or did you just turn a blind eye to spending more money on inpatient days?
I don't recommend it at all!!
