★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local histórico do centro ribeirinho de Alvor, hoje já não é exclusivamente uma dependência do Instituto de Socorros a Náufragos mas mantém toda a traça original. Vale a pena passar lá para fazer uma breve visita e ver os carris que levavam o barco de socorro até água.
Historical site of the riverside center of Alvor, today it is no longer exclusively a dependency of the Relief Institute to Castaways but retains all original traces. It is worthwhile to stop there for a brief visit and see the rails that took the rescue boat to the water.

My husband has windsurfing lessons here and they have been so helpful and have given thorough lessons helping him to read the weather and fully understand the mechanics of sailing rigging his own board and sail. Highly rated and extremely reasonable membership fees ?
