★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passaram de 5* quando adotei o meu gatinho para 1* quando (infelizmente) tive que o devolver.
Uma falta de sensibilidade incrível, ignorando por completo o que eu e a minha família poderíamos estar a sentir. Disseram um simples "obrigada. Bom fim-de-semana" e virar costas. Não nos deram sequer tempo ou abertura de despedir, não quiseram saber quaisquer hábitos, qual nome que lhe tivéSsemos dado, nada.
Tudo aqui deixámos para que o Jimmy tivesse uma adaptação menos complicada (dentro do possível), cheiro, brinquedos e comida.
Tenho a certeza que lhe darão um bom dono, mas ficam muito aquém quando se trata a julgar alguém que TEM que devolver o gatinho com um nó na garganta.
They went from 5 * when I adopted my kitten to 1 * when (unfortunately) I had to return it.
An incredible lack of sensitivity, completely ignoring what my family and I could be feeling. They said a simple "thank you. Good weekend" and turn your back. They didn't even give us time or an opening to say goodbye, they didn't want to know any habits, whatever name we had given them, nothing.
We left everything here so that Jimmy had a less complicated adaptation (as far as possible), smell, toys and food.
I'm sure they will give you a good owner, but they fall far short when it comes to judging someone who MUST return the kitten with a lump in its throat.
