J'ai pu ouvrir mon contrat électricité assez facilement.
Rather friendly welcome for a client who does not speak Portuguese.
The reception made me wait a few minutes to be received by a person who spoke French.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few and far between the employees that talk English. Even though you go there they have no tracking system to your case/incident. You have to start all over again every time you go there. This is the perfect case where the left arm does not know what the right arm is doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service received from INES SILVA. It is not often that you receive this kind of service in a shop like this. She is professional, very quick, proactive and very friendly! EDP can be very proud of an employee such as INES SILVA. This shop also has one floor assistant that helps clients as they walk in, really impressed! Keep up the good work!
