★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas de suivi dans les dossiers pris en charge, incompétence dans les informations fournies, demande de documents onéreux supplémentaires et non obligatoires pour certaines voitures, notamment la mienne qui était presque neuve, mensonge sur le fait que je ne doivent pas payer la tva.....
Et ça traîne en longueur......
No follow-up in the files supported, incompetence in the information provided, request for additional and non-compulsory expensive documents for some cars, especially mine which was almost new, lie on the fact that I do not have to pay the VAT .. ...
And it trails in length ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aconselho ninguém mandar "mudança", mercadorias por esta empresa, pouco profissional no que diz respeito a informar cliente sobre gastos e burocracias alfandegárias... Para fechar o contrato de transporte é tudo muito fácil, mas depois a realidade é outra. Essa foi a primeira vez e última que contrato está empresa. Vou esperar o desfecho deste "martírio", para depois tomar medidas contra esta empresa.
I do not advise anyone to send "moving", goods by this company, unprofessional with regard to inform customer about customs expenses and bureaucracies ... To close the transport contract is all very easy, but then the reality is different. That was the first and last time this contract is in business. I will wait for the outcome of this "martyrdom", and then take action against this company.
