Shoutout to Deborah for the excellent customer service and friendly welcome. She was very passionate and so willing to help, recommend places to go, advise, etc. She made my stay a lot better.
Rooms are a little small, but the washroom was big. I like the location as you can easily walk out and find lots of places to visit within walking distance, restaurants and shops.
I didn't like the terrace much as it didn't really offer much views but I really enjoyed the seating area they had available. Price for the place was quite affordable. It's cheaper if you book directly with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in the city center. The hotel is close to all sights. Metro, tram and bus are close by. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel environment is cozy, clean and the staff helpful. Great, I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location in the city - easily walkable (or tram-able!) to anywhere. The hotel staff was lovely and friendly! The room was small, but fine for one person. The bed was extremely comfortable and the small touches that made the hotel unique were great! I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent about two weeks in this amazing place. Everything was more than nice to me in this place. It’s super clean, located in the best area of lisbon and moreover staff are unbelievably nice and kind. The we’re like my close friends after two weeks.
Really appreciated and would love to stay again if i have the chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very close to the main streets of Lisbon. It is also close to various train- and underground stations, which is a plus. The staff is super kind and super helpfull. For our return, for instance, we needed to print our plane tickets. The staff was happy to print them for us in the hotel. Our bed was made every day and our room always looked clean. The safe in our room was also a plus. Overall: very good!
