★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pone que es 5 estrellas pero... a mi criterio no.
El primer día no salía ni gota de agua caliente y no lo repararon en el momento, lo solucionaron pasada más de una hora. Sólo tenían que abrir la llave de paso.
Se podría mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones.
He ido a hoteles de 3 estrellas con mejor Buffet de desayuno, aunque este esté bien podría mejorar.
La entrada a la habitación es a partir de las 16:00h me parece excesivo cuando el hotel no estaba al 100% de ocupación ni muchísimo menos.
Esta bien, pero para mí próximo viaje al algarve iré a otro hotel.
Hay que tener en cuenta que esta retirado de todo. Por lo que o coges pensión completa o debes de coger el coche para todo.
Hay cenas de Buffet libre por 25€/persona. No puedo opinar porque no emos comido ni cenado en el hotel.
La granizada y los refrescos en el bar de la piscina son 4€ cada uno.
It says that it is 5 stars but ... not in my opinion.
The first day there was not a drop of hot water and they did not repair it at the moment, they solved it after more than an hour. They just had to open the stopcock.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.
I've been to 3-star hotels with a better breakfast buffet, although this one could improve.
The entrance to the room is from 4:00 p.m. I think it is excessive when the hotel was not 100% occupied, far from it.
Okay, but for my next trip to the Algarve I will go to another hotel.
Keep in mind that you are removed from everything. So either you take full board or you must take the car for everything.
There are free buffet dinners for € 25 / person. I can not comment because we have not eaten or dined at the hotel.
The slush and soft drinks at the pool bar are € 4 each.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel bom, bons apartamentos a nivel de espaço e equipamentos, manutenção deixa um pouco a desejar. Limpeza dos apartamentos 5* mas as funcionárias são teimosas, mesmo quando não queremos que venham limpar insistem em bater à porta para fazer a limpeza.
Good hotel, good apartments on the level of space and equipment, maintenance leaves a little to be desired. Cleanliness of the apartments 5 * but the employees are stubborn, even when we do not want them to come clean they insist on knocking on the door to do the cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia en este hotel, NEFASTA! Limpieza brilla por su AUSENCIA en zonas comunes, SPA CON TODO SUCIO incluida agua de la piscina interior.
LAS CAMAS se hundían y nos clavábamos los muelles, pedimos cambio y no nos hicieron caso que solo tenían esas camas. A LAS 23:00 horas nos cambiaron los colchones por otros que estaban mejor pero tuvieron todo el día y en vez cambiarte de habitación los chicos de recepción tuvieron que subir a hacer las camas.
TODO MUY MAL PARA UN HOTEL DE 5* QUE NO LLEGA NI A UNO DE 3 en España, Es como un low cost de 5*. La calidad de la sábanas para estar en Portugal malísima. Poca intimidad en el baño que no tiene puertas hacia la habitación.

My experience at this hotel, NEFASTA! Cleanliness shines for its ABSENCE in common areas, SPA WITH EVERYTHING DIRTY including water from the indoor pool.
THE BEDS sagged and we nailed the springs, we asked for change and they ignored us that they only had those beds. At 11:00 pm they changed our mattresses for others that were better but they had the whole day and instead of changing rooms the guys at the reception had to go up to make the beds.
EVERYTHING VERY WRONG FOR A 5 * HOTEL THAT DOES NOT GET EVEN ONE OF 3 in Spain, It's like a 5 * low cost. The quality of the sheets to be in Portugal very bad. Little privacy in the bathroom that has no doors to the bedroom.
Night reception staff, very nice guys.
Lack of control at breakfasts, poor organization.
